It is very sad to see that a very great woman's lasting contributions to the world have been subject to people whose sole ambition is greed. Good luck Bruce in you efforts to right a wrong. Also, I didn't see a link on WHERE to buy her autobiography. Can you assist me in that?

This is so good, what you are doing. From the time I first saw your Mother in the movies, I just loved her and thought she was so beautiful. Her movies were such a joy...especially loved her in the 10 Commandments. I'm probably one of the few people that write in here that wasn't crazy about The Munsters but I use to watch it anyway because she was in it.

I didn't know she had passed on. I often wondered about your Father after his accident and how life went for them. I would imagine it is in her autobiography which makes me want to get one. On the other hand, if there is going to be an updated version I think I should wait for that.

Thanks again Bruce for what you are doing. It is a delight for us Yvonne De Carlo fans. I had no idea she was from Canada! I thought she must be Hispanic she was so convincing in her roles.

I just stumbled onto this web site. I was a huge fan of Yvonne's and still remember how excited I was when she came to St. Louis to star in "Cactus Flower" when I was in high school. At that time, it was a big deal for me to get to go to the theater and was no easy feat to arrange as we didn't even have a car at the time! Later I saw her in St. Louis at the Muny Opera in "Follies." Those are among some of my treasured memories and I still have the article from the St. Louis Post Dispatch when they interviewed her.

Your mother was an amazing actress, woman and a human being. There will never be another one like her, the world lost a true angel.

I remember watching The Munsters when I was a kid (and i still do) even though it had long gone to reruns and I was always fascinated by her charm, good looks and beautiful personality that she displayed. I was never aware of the other movies she was in until I saw her profile just a few days prior. She was a true angel and a class act til the very end.

Thank you Yvonne De Carlo, even though I never knew you. You are deeply missed.
